Chapter 1 General Provisions

Article 1 (Purpose)

These Terms of Use are intended to regulate the subscription conditions for the Internet service (hereinafter referred to as the “Service”) provided by “Cranberry (hereinafter referred to as “Our Site”)”, the rights, obligations, responsibilities of our Site and users, and other necessary matters.

Article 2 (Definition of Terms)

“User” refers to members and non-members who access our Site and receive the services provided by our Site in accordance with these Terms.
It refers to the national standards, certification systems, technical standards, and certification support information provided by “Cranberry.”

“Member” refers to a person who provides personal information to our Site in order to use the service and is issued an ID and password.
“Non-member” refers to a person who uses the services provided by “Cranberry” without registering as a member.

“Member ID” refers to a combination of letters and numbers selected by the member for identification and service use. "Password" refers to a combination of letters, numbers, and special characters selected by the member to protect his or her personal information and private content written by him or her.

Article 3 (Effectiveness and Change of Terms of Use)

Our site posts the contents of these terms on the initial service screen of our site so that members can see them.

However, the contents of the terms may be made available for users to view through the connection screen.
When revising these terms, our site will notify the effective date and reason for revision on the initial screen of our site or the connection screen to the initial screen together with the current terms from 7 days prior to the effective date to the day before the effective date.

Matters not specified in these terms and conditions are subject to the provisions of relevant laws and regulations.

Article 5 (Establishment of Service Agreement, etc.)

Article 6 (Membership Registration)

Article 9 (Assignment and Change of Member ID, etc.)

In principle, member IDs cannot be changed, and if a change is desired due to unavoidable circumstances, the ID must be canceled and re-registered. Members can directly change their personal information online if it has changed since they registered.

Members are responsible for any problems that arise due to information that has not been changed.

Chapter 3 Obligations of the Contracting Parties

Article 10 (Obligations of "Cranberry")

Unless there are special circumstances, our site must allow users to use the service on the service provision start date they requested.

Our site establishes a security system to protect personal information and announces and complies with the personal information protection policy.
If our site determines that the opinions raised by members are reasonable, we must take appropriate measures.
Our site is not responsible for any damages, losses, or other disadvantages suffered by users due to war, incidents, natural disasters, emergencies, technical defects that cannot be resolved with current technology, or other force majeure reasons or reasons attributable to the user.

Article 11 (Member Obligations)

When applying for membership or changing membership information, users must fill out all information based on facts using their real name. Users cannot claim any rights if they register false information or information belonging to another person.
Except in cases where our site assumes responsibility in accordance with relevant laws and personal information protection policies, members are responsible for all consequences resulting from the member’s negligence in managing the password or misuse of the ID provided to them.

Users must not create, distribute, or use viruses, malicious codes, etc., and must not advertise without our site’s approval.

Chapter 4 Use of Services

Article 12 (Service Use Time)

The service will be initiated from the time the member's application for use is approved. However, for some services, the service will be initiated from the designated date.
In the event that the service cannot be initiated due to business or technical difficulties, this will be posted on the site or notified to the member.
The service is available 24 hours a day, 365 days a year, in principle, and the service response and processing time is the statutory business hours (09:00~18:00, excluding statutory holidays and weekends).

However, the service may be temporarily suspended due to business or technical reasons on our site. In such cases, our site will notify this in advance or after the fact.
Even after registering as a member, when using some services, the service may be provided only to certain members according to the service provider's request.
The service may be divided into certain ranges and the available time for each range may be separately determined. In this case, the details will be disclosed in advance.

Article 13 (Website Copyright)

The copyright for all content on this website posted by our site belongs to our site. However, if there is a separate original author of the post, the source must be stated and the copyright of the post belongs to the original author.
The copyright of the work directly posted by the member belongs to the member. However, it is considered that the member has granted the right to use the site for free.
The use or citation of content owned by the site by a third party on another homepage without permission is prohibited.

Article 14 (Changes and Suspension of Services)

The site may change or suspend part or all of the services provided due to technical or operational needs.
In the event of suspension of the service of the site, this will be notified on the homepage 30 days in advance. However, if there are unavoidable circumstances that make it impossible to notify in advance, a notice may be provided after the fact.
In the case of Paragraph 1, the site shall not be liable for any damages incurred by the user in relation to the use of the service provided by the site.
However, damages incurred due to the intentional or gross negligence of the site are excluded.

Chapter 5 Contract Termination and Restrictions on Use

Article 15 (Contract Termination)

Members may request termination of the contract at any time through the My Page menu, etc., and the Site shall immediately process such request in accordance with relevant laws, etc.
If a member terminates the contract, all of the member's data will be deleted immediately, except in cases where the Site retains member information in accordance with relevant laws and personal information processing policies.
If a member terminates the contract, posts written by the member (such as posts registered on public bulletin boards) will not be deleted.

Article 16 (Restrictions on Service Use)

The Site may restrict the use of the service if a member violates these Terms and Conditions and related laws in using the service, or if any of the following applies.

If the service has not been used for more than 2 years

If there is any other interference with normal service operation
In accordance with the above restrictions on use, the use of the service may be temporarily suspended, etc., or the service contract may be terminated after prior notice to the member using the service.
However, this does not apply if prior notice is impossible due to unavoidable circumstances.

Chapter 6 Compensation for damages and other matters

Article 17 (Compensation for damages)

The Site shall not be liable for any damages incurred by the member in relation to the free service, except for damages caused by the Site's intention or negligence.

Article 18 (Court of Jurisdiction)

If a lawsuit is filed regarding a dispute arising from the use of the service, it shall be filed in the court of competent jurisdiction under the Civil Procedure Act.

Article 19 (User's prior consent and obligations by service)

Users who provide technical information to this site must take necessary measures to legally protect their rights to their technical information (patents, utility model rights, design rights, trademark rights, etc.).
This site does not assume any obligation or responsibility for the protection or acquisition of user rights, does not guarantee them, and does not assume legal responsibility for any disputes or losses or damages caused by individual user actions (including all actions of using this site's services).

Chapter 7 "Cranberry" Posting Operation Policy

Article 20 (Operating Policy)

The operating policy for various "Cranberry" posts is based on the Information and Communication Deliberation Regulations of the Korea Communications Standards Commission, and in the event of violation of this, related posts may be deleted or moved without notice according to the "Cranberry" operating policy, and the poster (member) may be subject to restrictions on the use of "Cranberry", such as restrictions on ID use.

Article 21 (Registration of Posts)

Posts are registered using real names. If malicious posts are uploaded, warning measures such as deletion of posts or restrictions on the use of the poster (member) may be taken.

If activities using the resident registration number or personal information of others are discovered, the member may be subject to restrictions on use, and the account may be used normally after identity verification.

In addition, if multiple IDs are created to make false reports or problems occur through impersonation of others, restrictions on use may be imposed accordingly.

Article 22 (Copyright of Posts)

Posts refer to texts, photos, files, related links, and comments posted by members while using the service.
If damages or other problems occur to the member or others due to posts registered by members on the service, the member may be held responsible for them, and posts and comments that violate laws such as defamation, personal information leakage, and copyright may be subject to civil and criminal punishment according to relevant laws, so please be aware of this.

Article 23 (Posting Restrictions (Deletion and Movement))

Postings that promote abusive/vulgar language and conflict
Contents that contain or are reminiscent of abusive language and vulgar language
Postings or comments that may cause conflict between members without reason
Postings unrelated to the bulletin board and data room
Contents unrelated to the topics of the bulletin board and data room, which are divided into each subject area
Postings regarding commercial advertisements and promotional articles
Postings regarding the distribution of personal information
Contents containing personal information or such information, such as email address/real name/photo/phone number/resident registration number of another person or the individual
Postings regarding the distribution of unconfirmed rumors
Contents that are likely to infringe upon the rights of the parties if made public
Postings that discriminate against or belittle differences in political views and race/gender/region/religion
Discriminatory remarks or belittlements regarding race/gender/region/religion
Contents that belittle or disparage different political views
Impersonation of another person or criminal activity Posts
Posts written by impersonating a public figure or a party related to a specific issue, acquaintances, or people around them, or by impersonating the operator of "e-Nara Standard Certification"
Contents related to crime or including acts that induce crime
Posts regarding copyright infringement
Contents related to content protected by copyright such as articles, photos, videos, audio sources, and visual materials In the case of news, only links (URLs) are permitted as posting all or part of the article content may infringe copyright.
Contents written for the purpose of illegally sharing such materials such as audio sources, photos, and videos, and acts of collecting emails for the purpose of sharing will be handled in the same manner.
Posts regarding malware/spyware/creating disgust
Posts related to the distribution and inducement of malware and spyware may be subject to sanctions without prior warning.
Posts that may cause disgust to others visually or audibly may be subject to sanctions without prior warning.
Other posts that may cause disruption to the operation of the service

Article 24 (Restrictions on Use)

Posts In case of posting content that falls under the restriction regulations (Article 3)
In case of posting with meaningless titles or repeated titles for the purpose of registering a large number of posts
In case of registering, viewing, and recommending posts in an abnormal manner, etc.

Article 25 (Request for suspension of posting service)

If you have suffered damage such as defamation or copyright infringement due to another member's post, you may request suspension of posting of the relevant post through the operator.

[Supplementary Provisions] (Effective Date)

These terms and conditions will be applied from November 20, 2024, and the previous terms and conditions will be replaced by these terms and conditions, and subscribers prior to the effective date of the revised terms and conditions will also be subject to the revised terms and conditions.
